Meet the Baker
Founded by Head Baker Elena Rostova, Sunbloom was born out of a desire to merge classic European pastry techniques with ethical, modern eating.
After years of training in traditional French patisseries, Elena spent over a decade meticulously re-engineering classic recipes--like the butter croissant and brioche--to achieve the perfect crumb and flavor using entirely plant-based ingredients.
